Over one year is felony. You will not get GC becasue of it. So, you should ask a lawyear to help to reduce the sentence less than one year. Otherwise, you will be a truoble in getting GC.

By the way, if the court said that the record should keep for three years, you could not do anything in getting GC. After three years, you will be better.
