so when you received your paychecks, all your works were "sold" to your company. Morally they should put inventors name on patents as inventors. However, it will be your boss' call. It will be a tough and ugly fight if your boss wants to treat you unfairly.
All rights of the patents actually belong to your company. All you got is a NAME, which sometimes we engineers treat as everything :)
