公司的两个patents被偷偷发表了,无人通知我

昨天公司的律师找我谈一个专利发表的事情，律师说如果我再多在这个ＰＲＯＪＥＣＴ工作一段时间，可加我的名字上去，经过我的证据说明，律师同意加上我。

今天我开始上网查找，发现公司的两个patents被偷偷发表了,无人通知我这个one of the idea contributors when it was published, none told me why I was not granted as one of inventors. I have the data and notes to prove the patten uses some of my idea, some of my job.

It is possible to make 律师 to add my name to the patent? How?
what is the professional way to publish a patent?
To publish a patern without a notice to an inventor is illegal?
