Thanks for your word that trying to make me feel a little comfortable. But that person doesn't accept the settlement my insurance company offered. He wants to see me in the court. I don't know how the judge would determine on that day. I am not sure if my american lawyer would protect my interest finally or he is handling things from the insurance company benifit only.
