这个理怎么讲？这个官司怎么打？

本人最近搬到一个新地方，来到之后两个月，方觉上了公司的当。来之前，公司说这里非常需要你这样的人才，因为这个地方缺这样的人才。公司原意付搬家费，给予 financial aid　给与　 sign on bonus. moving expense, sign-on bonus and financial aid can be forgiven if I stay in the local place for 3 years after financial aid is over.

来这里两个月之后才觉得这里并不缺我这样的人才，很难开展业务。所以也没有接受公司的financial aid. The company has already given me the sign on bonus. They want to get sign on bonus back according to the contract. Of course, they are not going to pay for my moving expense. I have to sell my house at loss and also both me and my wife have lost jobs without any income for 3 months. We aslo lost our 3 years's saving from this stupid relocation for promised business which can not be seen by me. Basically, we lost financially and we have also suffered a lot mentally.

Now can I sue the company for our financial loss? In what name?
