Are you in USA?

There should be a FED law regarding buying an old car.

I remember is 3000 miles and three months should be the dealer's cost or you can return the car.

Check with your state to find that law or call a lawyer just have a talk they may give you very good idea.

By the way, BMW x5 shouldn't be that expense.
