So much thanks for your reply. My own car insurance limit is up to $50,000. The Hertz rental liability is up to $1,000,000. My lawyer told me that this case may be over the $50,000 which my own car insurance company is ready to provide. The worst thing is Hertz doesn't want to pay the liability we purchased.
