which tax form should I use?

In 2003, I worked with F1 status (OPT) from 1/1/03 - 5/31/03. Then I worked with H1 status from 6/1/03- end of the year.

My question is: which tax form should I use? Someone told me I could use the form for resident for tax purpose? Is that ture?
