discussed extensively before. My opinion on this is that it's never illegel to record YOUR OWN conversation. I read this long time ago, but can't offer any information on where I read this. Remember Linda Tripp? She recorded her conversation with Monnic Lewinsky, that was not illegal, and her recording was admitted as evidence.
