Before we rent a car, we, including the person sued me sat together discuss to share all the fee including the traffic ticket if somebody get. But after the accident, he changed his mind. I did get a ticket for careless driving,but finally I was released free.
On the accident, we lost conscious temporarily and some bruise at different part of different person. The doctor said we had light head concussion. The air bag was not deployed.Three of us(including him) were staying at hospital for overnight observation. The other two were released after some treatment on the same day.
Just the next day after we came back from the emergency care, that person said he couldn't see things clearly. I accompany him to see the doctor.Since then, he continually stay at home for recovery and definitely he would see the doctors also.
Then several months past, he sued me for that big money.
