Fight the charges

with a local counsel. IF, and it is a big if, what you said what your hu*****and said is true, then you have nothing to worry about.

Request a jury trial and make it more difficult for the DA. No plea-bargin. Go all the way to the trial until the DA drops the charge. Your hu*****and should also sue the DA for wrongful prosecution. Again, you need a local counsel to do that.
