Please help!!!
My hu*****and and I came back from Los Vegas for our honeymoon on 10/9. He flight to Honolulu for his business on 10/10 and stayed in a hotel around Waikiki beach. In 10/10 night he and his coworker went outside for a walk. When they were walking on the street, they saw a woman waving to them. My hu*****and said that she was dressing nicely and decent, and she was just several steps away from them, so my hu*****and thought she needed some help. My hu*****and stepped towards the woman and asked her whether she needed any help. The woman told my hu*****and to give her $100 and she would go with him. My hu*****and then knew she was a hooker. So my hu*****and said no and then my hu*****and turned around and walked away from the woman. My hu*****and’s coworker was with his all the time and saw what happened. When the woman saw my hu*****and stepped away from him, she walked behind my hu*****and and followed them. They walked several steps and then suddenly two men ran to my hu*****and and hit him on the floor. They said they were undercover policemen and told my hu*****and the he was under the arrest for buying prostitution.
Now he is facing prostitution charge. If he is convicted, he is facing 30 day’s jail or 60 day’s probation. We talked to a lawyer in Honolulu. He said he had those cases before and he knew that policemen lie about what happened. The lawyer doesn’t look good at the case.
But I just don’t understand!!!
First of all, my hu*****and said no. But policemen lied.
Secondly, my hu*****and didn’t give her money. And she didn’t even start any services. I searched internet. Not if man gives money to the undercover policeman office, he cannot be charged.
