Are there second block courses you can register?

I remembered my university undergradaute courses have many physical exercises classes, as dancing and boxing, which start from the second half of the semester. You can register some to get the credits to cover that missed course.

International office usually doesn't care what kind of classes you choose, graduate or undergradaute, uncless your program doesn't oppose. I always choose one art class besides my graduate courses each semester. They are 0.5 to 1 credits.
