Urgent help in debt collection.

I got a parking ticket in Nevada in July, the amount is about $ 75.00. On the ticket, my first name was mis-spelled. Since my vehicle is registered in CA, I did not pay the fee.

Two month later, I received a letter from a debt collection agency, saying that I owe the Nevada local court in Nevada $ 729.00.

Should I pay them $729.00 totally?

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated!
