amount in W-2 wrong by purpos

my wage and F/W amount on W-2 are incorrect prepared by Employee intentionally. The federal tax withheld by them is much more than it shown on W-2. and they took my SSE and ME but those amount are not show in W-2, what can i do for getting refund? Thanks a lot!
