Simply based what you described, the most it MIGHT BE is neglect while in the wife's care, I don't believe it's abuse and it's not even close to discrimination. You need to be specific as to what the wife did or did not do to the baby. No law requires the wife to be nice to the prodcut of her hun*****and's affair with another woman.
