劳工刚网上订了一个什么anti-barking 的东东，可能就是你说的那种eqipment吧。

如果告到court的话， 也要camera vedio or recording 之类的吧？ 不然， 空口无凭， 对方不承认，怎么相信我们。

I am just no sure how the court or police would handle this kind of thing. I don't like to spend too much time and energy on this. But if everything I try does not work, maybe that's the only way to go.
