As you may know, I did call BAR association to get referal attorney and some local chinese attorneys in chinese news paper. they dont take my case.

2ndly, I m not sure in your reply that insurer, you mean mine insurance company or at-fault driver's insurance company. My repair estimates is $2500, but their offer is 75% of their estimate amount, which is 75% of 464. Obviously, this amount cant repair my damages. An attorney I called before filing the lawsuit represented me to call that at-fault driver's insurance company to ask for settlement amount $2000 or 1500, they refused and insisted on only amount $348. This attorney told me either I sue at-fault driver at small claim court by myself or take this amount to fix the card at my own pocket. That means at-fault driver's insurance company wudn't accept or listen to attoreny's offer at all, since it is one of the 3 worset insurance companies in the state, as most repair body shops said. The attorney said they can ask for their legal expense if they won the case, but the judge may not
necessarily grant them the legal expense.


My insurance company is libiality policy, i think as your third party policy, just different state has different name to call it, but almost same meaning. my policy only cover the damage on other's car if it is my fault, wont cover my damage whatever whose fault it is. But if the other driver is uninsured, my policy can cover. unfortunately, at-fault driver has a worst insurance company in IL. so I can not get any benefit from my policy.

A poor student has no big money to repair, so i sued the dirver.

So I have already sued at-fault driver, her insurance company's attorney has to take this case and file jury demand to make this case as long time as they can. But it is still small claim court since Arbitrition hearing confirmed this point, which is the first step of the trial hearing.

And now I dont know how I can step out of this lawsuit.

Now only last step is left - jury trial hearing. court gave me a prepartion list, i hv to documents to the court. As you may know I have prepared a lot of evidence and documents. now I do need a sample of those documents. So could you help me?

I need following docs. 1, opening statement of case; 2, Jury instruction; 3, Motions in Limine; 4, Additional questions i'd like court to ask during voir dire; 5, Settlement offers; 6, Settlement Autority.

At court hearing, I will bring court interpreter. it is allowed. At Arbitrition hearing, i spoke myself, and they did listen to me carefully and I won.
