Help needed!

Hi,

I need help on getting my Cell Phone enrollment rebate. I enrolled in one T-Mobile program through a Sales Agent Store. I supposed to get $300 rebate after six months. Now the time passed six months but the Sale Store closed door. I called T-Mobile, they told me they won't be responsible for that because I enrolled the program through 3rd party. Do you know if any other way I could get my rebate back? Like complaining to consumer department....
