被人冤枉怎么办?

我的车只在周末开.平时趴在街上.今天路过车车时发现有人留了一个条子如下: You hit my car and I have your plate number and picture of the damage. Please call me at xxx-xxxxxxx and the first thing in the morning the police will come. 我周六趴车时根本没碰到前后的车子. 这个留言让我觉得莫名其妙. 打电话给我的保险公司了, 但他们给不了建议. 请问我该怎么办? 多谢各位了!
