Can I cancel the contract?

Just signed with a dealer for a new car, which needs to be delivered to the current dealer later. We found out that the invoice price the salesman showed us is much higher than we checked online. Also the reason I decided to buy this car in rush is told by the salesman that it's the last day for 3-year-zero-interest. So can we turn down the offer before we get the car?
