tax return question, help!!!

My case:

came to US in Aug 99,
F1 for Jan 1 to May 15 2003,
H1 for the rest part of 2003,

Married,

LD F1 for whole 2003, income
Question:

1. Resident or non-resident?
2. Jointly or seperately?
3. If jointly, $5000*2=$10000 deduction by US-China treay?
4. If jointly, $3100*2=$6200 deduction by deduction-for-everybody rule?
5. 1040 or 1040NR? 8843 also?
