了解了一下, 听说说不认识TROUT, 照样罚.
In the court, they will only stick to two points: 1)NO trout stamp, True or not? true, 2) keeping trout, true or not? if true, 罚! Now I can not do anything for the point 1, what I can only do is point 2.
