Ask 单身老猫 urgent questions

I am in the middle of a divorce. I am also waiting for green card as a dependent of the other party. My questions are:
1) can the other party write to the USCIS to withdraw my 485 application during the divorce process?

2) If the other party does it, can I file a law sue against the other party? I have evidence of emotional abuse.
