大侠救命,请问 如何自己办H1B

各位大侠， 请问哪位自己办过H1B。

我找到一家小公司，从没招过外国人。我得自己出钱办H1B。公司制同意HR来process,
they didn't hire a lawyer.

请问需要哪些材料, BTW, I just found out that premium processing vermont
center address is different from regular processing vermont center, if I fill
the I-907 with $1000, can I just send all the documents to premium processing
center at vermont?
