具体情况

我们刚买了个房子，因为以前一直住apartment ， 所以几乎没有任何家具。
看电视上direct buy宣称买东西能用工厂直价，所以我们就去看了，到了就被高压销售，（time share的那种）。

会费是首付3年4500， 然后是每年159。
签了后就有点后悔。应为当时实在太晚了，11：00pm， 我太太7个月怀孕， 稀里糊涂的就签了合同。

出来后到家就打电话给amx dispute了。
amx需要6－8周调查。

可是那个contract
写：member understand this program is not sold on a trial basis and that no refund of membership fees will be makde. Member s do no t have to the right terminate this membership agreement without paying the amount of remaining for this membership.

如果我dispute charge back. 那他们会不会起诉我们？
