what I meant is what is the next step after I accept the offer? I heard there is something called purchase agreement that I can buy from office depot, but then I don't know if this is the correct way to do it. Should I present the purchase agreement to the buyer by myself after the oral agreement or I should just directly hire an attorney. I do plan to hire one for the closing. Thanks.
