The plate, inspection and annual sticker are all transferable. I (buyer) took the signed title to DMV, filed a form and completed the title transfer. The seller also filed a form to protect the seller from future liabilities too. I guess that is the form your filed with DMV. Why don't just go to DMV or call them and also call your insurance? You will get much fast answer than wait here.
