The dealer said the former transaction was avoided. They will send DMV the paperwork to remove the first owner. If they will do that and DMV allows that, it still counts as new van. we told them we concern about the safty of the van and do not know what potential problem with it , so we can not keep the van. Then dealer offer to exchange the exactly same van. We refused, then the manager walk away.

Now we are at service area waiting room and need your guys suggestion how to do next. Should we go to General manager office talk with general manager? Or still go back to sales manager to give him our bottomline offer?
