Do not make the situation more complicater

Ask for full refund and buy another new van from:
1. Same dealer, ask for better discount and upgrade.
2. If you don't trust them, go somewhere else.

Since the van has previous owner, you may have trouble in the future or with bank (if the car is financed). Just get it full refund, and start all over again.
