still about daycare

i am sorry i can not weitten in chinese.
this is our second month in usa.
you see, feb.2 is the first formal date i should send my bb to daycare and i can pay the fee in next five work day for the following month, the prior two week is the orentation.the daycare said that i should informed them before two weeks if we won't come,but you know, before two weeks we won't pay them at that time and there is nothing to be refund.so i don't think their instruction is fare.and above all, there is no signment paper about that we know it.
i asked a lawyer that he told me if i 'gao' them ,i can win. but you know the fee for lawyer is higher then the feen i pay to daycare.
so maybe i can send sth to count directly without a lawyer,but i do not know how. who can tell me.
