I don't think there is a case against school

Kids fall and break bones in almost any activities. It is part of growup. I am sorry it happens to your kid but the same thing might
happen when you take your kid to playground. You can complain about
their delay in notifying parents. I doult any lawyer will take your
case because the damage is small and the case is weak.
