You should find how to appeal from the letter they send to you.

I got same thing several years ago. But luckly it is only once. I just got my drive licence at that time. Then I also follow the car passed the speeding pass where they paid every month. Then 1 or 2 weeks later, I received a letter and warn me only. I don't need pay anything first time but I need pay $50 more if do next time.
