Exactly my point! Everyone in the US has constitutional rights. Regardless of the matter, if I have an issue and I would like to present it to a judge, I have the right for a fair hearing, no matter what the outcome is. If I want to sue President Bush, I will still be granted a fair hearing. She is dening my right. This is obstruction of justice. I will ask her again tonight. If she refuse again, I will call the police.
