Wrong corporate name

My agent incorporated a company for me last year. The company name on the article is A. But this year I received a registration renew notification and found that the company name in state records is B. I contacted the state and was told that the article I have is a mistake. There is another company which owns name A. And I can't use A anymore for my company even this is their fault. Because there is no way for them to authorize me to use name A. But the problem for me is that I have used name A to do business for a year. I have the domain name of A, have bank account opened with A, have EIN with A.

My question is:

1. What's my option now? It seems that I can renew the registration and amend another name to the current company and change all the names with bank and IRS. Or I can just dissolve the company and reincorporate another company. Which way is easier and better? What's the procedure?

2. Can I file a lawsuit with the State? Since their mistake causes this problem.
