请教法居士,stp等有关专家F-1报税问题

I came to USA in 8/1997 as J-1 student and changed to F-1 in 2000 march. used my OPT work for a company from 9/2002 to 7/2003.
am I qualified to clam tax treaty? which form i should use if that's the case? 1040, 1040NA,1040A or 1040EZ plus form 8833?
