how to refund daycare fee

I send my baby for 2 weeks in daycare. When I picked him up on the last day of Jan, I found him cough and runny nose, it got worse after a week end. So I call the teacher that my baby won’t go there because of ill. On Feb 5, I took my bb to take immunication,and pay for the daycare fee on we way back home. we think he will recover next week, but at that night he got high fever and rash. It almost last 2 weeks for him to recover .so we call the daycare on 13th ,Feb that my bb won’t go there that month. But when we asked my money back yesterday, they won’t give us for they said we should informed them before two weeks. How shall I do
