I am on H1B and am filing w7 for ITIN for my parents.

Q1. Reason for filr w7?
dependent of US citizen / resident alien
H1 >=183 is considered as resident alien , right?

Q2. 1a: Name
Whose name shall i input here? My parent's?

Q3. 2. mailing address
my address or my parent's china address?

Q4. who is the applicant? I or my parent? Since they had already left USA. Who should sign here?
