报税8843表急问

各位朋友，我学生身份来美读书已经过了五年，8843表Line12，如果学生身份读书超过五年，我必须 provide a statement to establish that I do not intend to reside permanently in the United States, 都写些什么呢？这对我以后申请绿卡有何影响？我打算申请NIW,还没有正式递交。

网上有朋友说，I should file 1040 and attach form 8833 instead of 8843

非常confuse,我以前都是1040NR-EZ + 8843. 今年从学校收到的也是1040NR-EZ。
