OPT tax

I came to American as H4 in Dec,1999. Later I chaged my status to F1. In 2003 I worked for a year using OPT. My status changed back to H4 now. How can I pay the tax. Can I still use the treaty? My hu*****and is H1. We usually report the tax together.
