Help on child H4 Visa

My daughter who is only 5 years old will go for the H4 visa alone since my hu*****and and I divorced recently. I wondered whether the visa officer will ask about my marrital status and will it affect the granting for her visa. And what kind of questions he/she might ask? Thank you so much.
