first you should contact with town hall to make appointments. 1 appointment for the you and your fiance, two friends meet the staff and show them your document, SSN card, immigration document and so on
2 appointment for the wedding. The mayor will host the wedding, you have to go with two friends.
after two weeks you can get the license.
