报税求助-1099B line 2 issue

I get 1099B form from my broker.
line 2 has $200 for stock exchange cash( A com buy B com, so B stock change to A stock plus cash).
detail show tranction: 100 share cash merger $200.
I should put this tranction on Schedule D? but the Schedule D form format does not fit for this tranction.
