Well, actually, I did go through all the paperwork required. And I have all the signatures you mentioned. Also I have the agreement for the internship.

But I really don't want to sue them for all the energy and money expected. I also browsed the form for IRS determination for the emplyer-employee relationship. It doesn't seem to be helpful, because none of the fields they asked are about Non-Resident Alien F-1 status.

My gosh. I wish I didn't get paid at all.

Any more ideas?
