Thank you so much for replying my questions!! It seems like you are pretty familiar with tax issues. I tried really hard to find out the right way to slove my tax problems, even some tax persons don't know how to deal with them. Anyway, thanks again!!
In addition, I just wanted to make sure I got the idea right. So, I need to file tax returns for 1998-2003
For 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001: I should use 1040NR+8843
For 2002: I should use 1040NR-EZ
For 2003: you said I should be considered as resident for this year, however, I came to the US in 8-1998, in my opinion, I have 5 years + 183 days to be considered as resident, is this right?
Should I use 1040NR-EZ or 1040 for the year 2003?
