I told her that I was very satisfied with her service(this is true. She's a very honest and helpful agent). The only reason I wanted to switch insurance company is because the new one give me a better price. Then she told me to fax her a letter to explain this and asked the company to cancel my policy. She waived my fee then. Good luck!
