Help please: social security tax overpaid

Hi,

When doing my 2005 tax return, just found out
I over paid social security tax. The maximum
is $5580, I paid about $1500 more, because I
changed job this year.

Is there a way in 1040 I can get this back?

By the way, does someone know what's the maximum
limit for 2004 tax year, seems I also overpaid
in 2004, is there a way get it back?
