My experience

my doctor's office submitted the wrong tax ID, when I found out the problem, I kept calling the doctor's office to make sure they resubmitted their claim with the right tax ID. They admitted it was their mistake, and I was glad they took care of it before too late (it took them about 3 months going back and forth to find the problem).
