Thanks for your answer.
I have less than $1000 short gain in last year.
Ameritrade account service told me that my account is regarded as "foreign" and I need to wait for 1042S. The tax officer in the univ. doesn't want to answer my questions and just said it is beyond her scope.
I need to read the instruction more carefully. Thanks again.
