He thought about this long before the unexpected happened.
The thing is, he owns house and family.
As a Oracle DBA, he's well paid and workload is minimal.
He was reluctent to move to Canada then.
Do u think is it still possible when he's been kept in
a detention center of some sort?
Apply as an independent immigrant or refugee?
During his detention or after being deported back to China?
Any comments are really appreciated!
